Watching the Tour de France nightly however has me wanting the pink polka dot jersey (I think it is a funny statement...I am not a hill climber! and it is wildly out there for cars to see me from a distance). Back to top 11. ....a lady pulled up beside me at a stop sign & asked where I got my jersey - she said it was so much nicer than one she recently bought at ***** - duh, of course it is!! At another stop sign a cute guy with a carload of kids & an adorable boxer puppy started up a conversation - this type of thing never happens to me - had to be the jersey!! S. London Ont. 12......I love the jersey....I wore it on my club ride (Thunder Bay Cycling Club) and I think every woman on the ride commented on it - when I showed them the yarms to go with it, they wanted to know where I'd got it. P. Thunder Bay 13. ....body hug hoodie...I love it...wore it to run the Toronto Marathon....perfect thing to wear. It kept me warm but not too warm. When the wind kicked up coming down Yonge St. I pulled on the hood and when my hands were cold I used the hand warmers....just awesome. S.O. Ontario 14. ...I just participated in the Oliver Half Ironman in BC's Okanagan Valley...little cool and rainy to start so I wore both to keep my arms warm. One woman even suggested that I should get a 10 min. time credit for the coolest jersey! Even more interesting - two male riders and one, very vocal male spectator said how much they liked the jersey! Functionally, the jersey and yarm worked perfectly. I had taken just the Robena jerseys to wear because each day can be hot and cold , changing almost hourly so the yarms were perfect to adjust my temperature! K.
